This is a very good aspect as it allows the user of the site to organise their idea of shopping into different categories which is great for organising and updating or the future. This may be seen as a disadvantage as it may lead to constant unwanted notifications from the business to the customer, which can then lead to the customer being put from using the website. However, this can also lead to a major advantage for the business as they will be able to advertise in excess and gain more sales as the customer will want the items if they are advertised correctly. Advertising through websites is very innovative as it has allowed businesses to get noticed and increase sales by more that double in some cases.

This is a major organisation process which has allowed us to use e-commerce in order to pick and choose the items of our preference and disallow the items that are unnecessary for our use of time. This is an advantage as the the customer is left extremely happy because they haven't put a lot of effort into finding the ideal product. Amazon have the great customer services that allows them to help the customers in refunding, delivery, and general customer services. This is an advantage as it allows the customer to feel at ease with the service that they are receiving which also give the business a great name to get repeat business.

This then leads to the business loosing out in profit. This then results in the economic outlook becoming negative as businesses are failing to meet the requirements and expectations of the customers. This also affects society as users will find it difficult to use and trust website based businesses and will also pass their feelings onto other customers which will significantly decrease the businesses reputation, value and profit.The third disadvantage is that there is also the fear of viruses and hackers which can lead to your personal details being stolen and a whole series from events that would follow from that which then puts the customer off buying and the business will find it harder to maintain a good name. The last disadvantage of E-commerce is that some businesses which don't have the right means or qualifications and help required to set up an E-commerce will find it hard to do so and will need to search for the correct equipment and labour; which may become very pricey for the business.
